What exactly is DepEd Order No. 49 s 2022, then?

According to Poa, DepED Order No. 49 is merely a "reminder" to follow civil service regulations correctly. Order No. 49 of the Department of Education (DepED) is contentious. Depoliticizing the department and fostering professionalism among its staff are two of 2022's objectives.

Our vice president, Sara Duterte, who also serves as our depEd secretary, said:

Department of Education employees are instructed to "AVOID RELATIONSHIPS, INTERACTION, COMMUNICATION, INCLUDING FOLLOWING SOCIAL MEDIA WITH LEARNERS OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL SETTING, EXCEPT OF THEY ARE RELATIVES" under Department No. 49, which was published in November 2022.

AND AS A STUDENT/LEARNER I HAVE A REACTION FOR THIS DepEd Order:

It is so Unconstitutional why?

because why do you try to separate the paths of the teachers and my fellow students when they are like a whole family when they are inside the school. This is an unbelievable or unacceptable thing that our secretary of our government of education has laid down because many students will be affected and many teachers will also be sad because they cannot accept this new and trending issue.

I hope that we are not only thinking about our profession because not all of us students abuse or mistreats our teachers.I hope too that you also think about how we can feel,not just about what is good to all of you.
